The Simple Egg Breakfast

To everyone who just already awaken, washed your whole face, then brushed your teeth. I should know your stomach need some nourishment after sleep, unless if you ate in your dream last night hahaha lol :D
Breakfast, that's all you need to recharge your energy. What always do you eat at your breakfast? Is that a sandwich with a glass of fresh orange juice? Or just a bowl of cornflakes with a milk complete? No, that's too ordinary to be talked, guys. You need to know some different way how people enjoy the breakfast with a same ingredient. And the ingredient must be so universal. Yup, It's an egg. People in America, Japan, and Indonesia must have different appetite making an egg culinary. In America you can be fat easily if you eat Egg Benedict. In Japan, you will get diarrhea for consuming Tamago Kake Gohan. And in Indonesia, your cholesterol degree will rise up if you eat Telur Dadar or Telur Ceplok Goreng. Are you afraid? No no no, it won't happen if you don't eat these three egg menu frequently guys. Because the abundant amount of nutrition brings you unhealthy. That how it works.
Start with the American breakfast, Egg Benedict. It consists of a circular bread, ham or bacon, poached egg, and Holland sauce. Holland sauce is made by two egg yolk, lemon juice, salt, pepper.

Japanese breakfast have Tamago Kake Gohan. It's actually a bowl of rice that added by two raw egg with some soyu (soy sauce).

The last is Indonesian egg breakfast, the simplest omelette called Telur Dadar. It's an omelette with a leek addition. And Telur Ceplok is a fried egg. Telur Dadar or Telur Ceplok served with a plate of rice.
